MVE- Pilates Fitness Fusion group training classes.  Please send us your information if you would like to know more about our new programming coming to our studio in September!

 

Children's Yoga Class coming for our fall Schedule (ages 2-4) and Mom you will be in the other room working out at the same time as your little one to get your workout in too!  This is a 6 week program (pre-paid) $60.00 for the 6 classes.  The class starts on September 15th at 9:30 a.m. If you would like to sign up, please come to the studio to sign your child up!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 FOR A FULL SCHEDULE OF OUR CLASSES
 
  "ITS HERE"  CORE is introducing "CORE BODY-BARRE a "New" full body workout designed to enhance all of your workouts!  This workout is designed for men, women and all fitness levels!   (description of this class is a warm up using weights and stretching followed by a series of lower and upper body movement using our new Ballet Barre's, small balls and straps!  This workout is based out of New York City and has been shown in "Shape Magazine, and "In Style"...  Come and check this class out (all levels welcome now)"
