This class is taught by Denise, the owner and also by a couple of her teachers who have extensive training and teaching experience! This class uses steps, body bars, weights, bands, balls! You name it! Come and try it out! You will love it! What is Spinning? The Spinning program is the original and most popular group cycling class.
